Where the chain leakedand what got built.
Every project here follows the same path. Find where money and opportunities leak between Marketing, Sales, Operations and Technology, decide what matters, then build the system on tools the business can run. Visuals are blurred or masked to protect client data.

Inventory lossesnow visible and under control
The problem. Information was everywhere, spread across different spreadsheets, a server-based setup and QuickBooks Desktop. There was no CRM, so there was no control over sales and no clear ownership or traceability. Inventory was not controlled, and nothing synced live.
The system. NetSuite as the single source of truth, with ecommerce scoped into the same core, online payments, a customer portal, warehouse barcode scanning and a nightly proof of delivery report.

Product photoCity Sprayer: A field constraint turned into a product line that pulls supply.
The problem. Contractors working in cities run into noise rules, elevator limits and trucks that break down. A rig built into one truck locks the whole setup to that single vehicle.
The system. City Sprayer, a complete spray foam setup on a frame you can forklift, pallet jack or crane, sized to fit through a 36-inch door. Rentals stay exclusive to foam customers so every rig pulls supply with it.

Details blurredJVC Insulation
A connected quoting systemsaved $10,000+ every month
The problem. JVC crews won on quality, but the Safe Foam story barely showed up in the bid. Every quote was built by hand from blueprints and typed into the job system, and the marketing sounded like every other insulation company.
The system. Bid Desk, a custom pricing engine that drafts quotes from the company price book and keeps the estimator corrections as standing rules. A Certified or Basic proposal that sells Safe Foam proof. Local search work and a Google Ads A/B test on the same message.
Where it stands. Built and now in testing, with a person signing off on every quote.

Read the quoting caseSafe Foam Institute: Selling documented proof instead of another comfort pitch.
The problem. Homeowners and builders cannot see what was sprayed, where it went or how the job was finished. Selling on comfort sounds like everyone else, and a badge alone does not change that.
The system. A FoamTrace traceability report blueprint, a Job Completion Report as the north star, messaging that sells the standard, acquisition that points at the same proof and an Institute app path that carries it.
